Password: your password
Phone Number: local dial up number

Dial Properties button: dialing settings including:
* Diable call waiting
* Dial a number to get an outside line
* Use a calling card to dial.

Connect button: initiates connection to the Internet.

Properties Button:
Dial-Up Networking properties. Verify these settings if you are having difficulty connecting or before connecting with a newly created account.
