1) Double click on the "My Computer" desktop icon.

2) Double click on the "Control Panel" icon in the My Computer window.

3) Double click on the "Dial-Up Networking" icon in the Control Panel window.

4) With the right mouse button click one time on the dial-up account which will open the small menu below. With the left mouse button click one time on Properties. This will launch the properties dialog box.
