Select the "General" tab at the top of the Internet Mail Window..

Full Name: should be your name, for example, Joe Smith.

E-mail Address: should be your e-mail address.

Internet Mail Server: pop.gmavt.net

Account Name: should be your user name, which is just the first part of your e-mail address. If your e-mail address is "support@greenmountainaccess.net", then your user name would be just "support". Type your account name using all lowercase letters.

Password: type in your password using all lowercase letters.

Click on "Advanced Options" to specify the Outbound mail Server.

Click the "Connection" tab to specify the connection method.
