Macintosh Dial-up Settings for OS X
Click on the Apple and choose System Preferences

From the System Preferences window click the Network icon
From the Network window configure as follows:
Configure or Show: Internal Modem

Under the TCP/IP tab...
Configure: Using PPP
IP Address: (Provided by PPP server)
Domain Name Servers: 65.19.68.30
65.19.68.31
Search Domains: gmavt.net

Under the PPP tab...
Service Proider: GMA
Telephone Number: dial-up access number
Alternate Number: alternate dial-up (optional)
Account Name: GMA user name
Password: GMA password.
Select "Save Password".

Click the "Save" or "Apply Now" button at the bottom of the screen.

* PPP Options Button at the bottom of the screen offers settings such as:
> Connect automatically when starting TCP/IP application
> Disconnect when user logs out
> Diconnect times, etc.


To connect to the Internet
Once the configurations above have been completed connecting to the Internet can be done through the folowing steps:
1) Double click on the Mac Hard Disk icon on the desktop.
2 )Double click Applications and then double click Internet Connect.
3) Be sure the phone number and user name are listed properly and click the Connect button.
