ADSL Link Light
Flashing or Not On: After verifying the above you can switch the modem off and remove the power cord for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds plug the power cord back in and switch the modem on. Within 1-5 minutes the ADSL link light should become a solid green. You may need to repeat the process above, and if you are still unable get the ADSL Link Light to be solid green call call GMA Technical Support at 1-888-321-0815. Ethernet Link
Light not On: Remember that all DSL customers also have a statewide dial-up account with GMA. If there is a problem with your DSL connection, you may dial in at anytime. Call Technical Support at 1-888-321-0815 for configuration assistance. |
