With Outlook open do the following:
1) Click on Tools > Rules Wizard...

2) In the Rules Wizard window click on the New... button on the right side.

3) The Rules Wizard will launch as shown below. Click once on "Check messages when they arrive" and then click on the Next button.

4) In the "Which condition(s) do you want to check?" section of the window shown below click the box in front of "with specific words" in the subject so that a check mark appears in the box.

5) In the section labeled "Rule description (click on an underlined value to edit it):" shown above click on "specific words" which will open the Search Text window below. Type SPAM* as shown below, then click the Add button. Remember to consider the Rules/Filtering Options below. Click the OK button to close the Search Text window.
Rules / Filtering Options
Messages identified as spam by our mail server will have the the following prefixes added to the subject line of the message:
- (SPAM*) indicates a medium accuracy spam message
- (SPAM**) indicates a high accuracy message
Since we identify spam at two accuracy levels you have the choice of setting up message rules for each accuracy level, or a single rule that catches all.
When setting up rules or filters the following options can be considered:
- Catch All: filter for SPAM*
- Just Medium Accuracy: filter for (SPAM*)
- Just High Accuracy: filter for (SPAM**)

6) From the Rules Wizard window click the Next button.

7) In the "What do you want to do with the message?" section check the box in front of "move it to the specified folder".

8) In the Rule description section shown above click on the underlined link "specified" and the window shown below will open. Select an existing folder to move the spam into or to create a new folder click the New.. button.

9) After clicking the New.. button to create a new folder the window shown below will open. For this example we called our new folder SPAM which is typed in the Name field. Click OK.

10) The summarized Spam filter will appear as shown below. Click on the Finish button.

11) From the window shown below you can create another rule by clicking the New.. button or modify and prioritize existing rules. For this example we are finished and you may click OK.
