The Friends aka Whitelist should be used if you are receiving e-mail from someone that is being quarantined incorrectly. Addresses, domain names, and IP addresses listed in your whitelist will be excluded from spam filtering, but will still be scanned for viruses.

The Enemies aka Blacklist should be used if you are receiving e-mails from someone that you wish to block. Addresses, domain names, and IP addresses listed in your blacklist will be automatically deleted. The sender will NOT receive a notice that you have blocked them.
