Filtering Options allow you to control how messages are processed. You can set the following options:

Allow: Removes spam filtering and delivers the messages to the inbox.

Markup: Delivers messages to the inbox and labels the subject as spam, junk or a custom label.

Quarantine: Filters messages as spam. All quarantined messages are listed in the Spam Digest report.

Block: Messages are permanently discarded and will not show up in the Spam Digest report or the inbox. 

By default, foreign e-mail addresses are quarantined.  To allow e-mails sent from Japan, uncheck “Japanese” and click “Save” at the bottom.
 
Attachments can also be blocked, or quarantined by file type.
