Send Tab

Make sure "Send" is selected from the tabs at the top.

Mail sending settings:
All checkboxes except "break apart messages larger than..." should be checked.

Mail sending format:
"Plain Text" should be selected and there should be a check in front of "Indent the original text with >...".

Proceed to Step 3.
