Mail Server:
Should already have "pop.gmavt.net" filled in.

Login Name:
Should already have your user name filled in.

Check for mail every .... minute(s):
We recommended "5" or "10", but you can change it to whatever you prefer. If you put in "0", it will not check mail until you hit the check mail button.

"Send on check" & "Save password" should also be checked, unless you want to enter the password every time you log onto your email account.

Click on "Incoming Mail" from the left menu
and proceed to Step 4.
