POP account:
Should already be filled in.

Check for mail every:
We recommend setting this to "5" or "10" minutes, but you can change it to whatever you prefer. If you put in "0" it will not check mail until you hit the "check mail" button.

"Send on check" and "Save password"
should be checked.

"Leave mail on server" should be unchecked.

Leave the rest of the settings alone.

In the left hand menu, click on "Sending Mail".
Proceed to Step 5.
