Category: Getting Started

On the left hand menu under Category, select
"Getting Started"

POP account:
Type in "your_username@pop.gmavt.net". Your
username is just the first part of your
e-mail address. For example, if your e-mail
address is "support@greenmountainaccess.net",
your username would be "support".
You would type in "support@pop.gmavt.net".

Real name:
Type in your name, for example "Joe Smith".

Return address:
Type in your e-mail address.

Connection Method:
should have a dot in "Winsock".

In the left-hand menu click on "Hosts". Proceed to Step 3.
